At the Hirtle’s Beach parking lot there is an informational sign about Gaff, and, when you reach the trailhead, there are two additional signs with information about the trail. And, as you enter the trail, there are reminders that ticks might be present and that there is no camping or fires permitted on Gaff. Please remember to keep dogs on their leashes.
Please also remember to be cautious when walking on Gaff, especially on its ocean/water sides as the trail at times runs close to the cliff’s edge. Children should stay with adults at all times during the hike.
